      quality of life.

æ  Good health and wellness are not defined as the mere absence of disease, but rather
      refer to mind, body and spirit operating in harmony, with a full and balanced expression
      in every major area of life - physical, emotional, relational and spiritual.

æ  To make wellness-promoting life choices is to live as God intended - as God calls us to live.

æ  The Bible is our source of authority, providing the foundation and principles for living
      wisely and a framework for understanding and applying what we learn from valuable
      sources such as medical science and psychology.

Training and supporting health, fitness & wellness professionals to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19,20), the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-39) and to be a catalyst for change in the health, fitness and wellness industry as they:

Statement of Faith

Trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior... 

æ I believe in the divine inspiration, integrity and final authority of the Bible as the Word of
      God.

æ I believe in the triunity of God and the unique deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

æ I believe in the representative and substitutionary sacrificial death of our Lord Jesus as
      the necessary atonement for our sins. 

æ I believe in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration.

æ I believe that eternal salvation from sin, death and hell is the free gift of God's grace, and
     is based solely upon man's personal faith and belief in Jesus Christ. 

æ I believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, and that blessed hope, His
      personal return. 

æ I believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and everlasting punishment of the lost.

Doctrinal Differences
Paul devoted Romans 14 and 15 to telling us that, while we must agree on the great central truths of Scripture (essential doctrines), there are many areas in which Christians may disagree (nonessential doctrines).  "One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike.  Let each be fully convinced in his own mind."
